Phoned Morgan's to inquire about purchasing a new lawn mower since my old one died after 9 long years. Jay March took my call, answered ALL of my questions, and even had the exact model I was looking for (Honda) after getting advice from a friend that landscapes as a profession. I was in the showroom 30 minutes later. Surprisingly the mower was $40 LESS than I saw online. Jay then gave me the full run down of all the newer features and I was told that the mower was assembled by an in-house professional and it was ready to use as soon as I wanted. Brought it home and mowed the very next day. They even put gas in it for me! I was extremely pleased with my purchase, along with the customer service and salesmanship of Mr. March. I highly recommend this place! And this was all after I had first called another local power equipment shop (which will stay unnamed, but it's in Plymouth) and was told they're all out of stock on most mowers, but I could get an electric one or look into getting a refurbished mower. No thanks I told them! So glad I called Morgan's! Thank you again!

I was totally blown away by the power of my new 1626 Mahindra. At just above idle I had all the power needed to pop out and haul away a 40 year old apple tree stump. Just so you know, I had my old Ford 4500 ready. My wife was watching and said I could not believe how it looked easy. Within 20 minutes I removed and backfilled two stumps. What an awesome machine. I wish I had taken more pictures.

I can not say enough about how I was treated by the people at Morgan equipment. I went in to the showroom with a trimmer I purchased on line that was not working properly. One of the employees aasked me what he could do for me so I explained my problem and he fixed it in ONE SECOND. Needless to say I felt stupid but I fooled around with the trimmer for 8 hours to no avail. I took the trimmer to another shop and they wouldn't even look at it and told me to throw out the trimmer. Thank you Morgans for saving me $350.

No matter where I've been, Morgan's has been a valuable source for my power equipment needs, parts and advice on machinery, even when I was in the Cayman Islands, where I purchased almost $500,000 in machines, I would call and get advice and prospective price comparison on machines. Now that's good customer service offering advice even though they knew that the sale was not going to be theirs. Now back in the New England area, I will be purchasing my equipment needs and seeking further advice once again from Morgan Power Equipment. Superlative customer service is a rarity today so my husband and I were thrilled with the fabulous service from Donnie and crew at Morgan Power Equipment. After 3 days of no power and a generator that started but didn't push out voltage, we were cold and grumpy. A friend suggested Morgan and with our generator in his truck we went over late afternoon. They said they would make it a priority since we were in dire need and they called us back within an hour. Core of generator was shot and not worth a repair. We bought one over the phone and Donnie delivered it on his way home! We were beyond delighted with the entire experience, will definitely shop there again, and highly recommend the dealership.

I have never been more satisfied with customer service, they went above and beyond. My husband purchased our generator four years ago, at Morgan's and was extremely satisfied. He wired it himself and we waited and waited, but never a reason to use it. Then this Nor'easter of epic proportions came along, in the meantime sadly my husband became sick and passed away.
Today we needed the generator, everything worked fine except I could not get the furnace to work. Everyone looked at it but , no one knew what to do. I called Morgan's and explained the story, within an hour the service man was there, immediately found the problem, and fixed it. Charging me a very, very reasonable price. I can't recommend this company highly enough! They are the quick, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.

Dealing with the people at Morgans is a pleasure.
Donnie in service has bailed me out on two occasions and had my Walker snow thrower back up and running quickly and efficiently.
His people skills and mechanical expertise is second to none and he will do what needs to be done to fix the problem and make it right.

Not all can be pleased no matter how hard one try's . In this case i was helped by Jay over the phone trying to locate a stator aka alternator for a Tech engine. Multiple attempts in other areas failed. Another large parts distributor said months out if ordered. In calling Morgan's , I got Jay on the line. Nice young man. Did not have the part but went well out of his way and took his time looking up 4 phone numbers to try. He researched and showed these venues had my part. N.Y. the closest and as far as Minn. Part in hand 3 days later. Thanks Jay. Id never fault a person that try's even if they fail. We are only human. Those that just CANT be pleased , should look in a mirror. No one is perfect. Great job kid.
